My comics have appeared in small press anthologies in Canada and the U.S. My most recent story appeared in Cloudscape Comics Society’s Epic Canadiana #2, which won   the Gene Day Award for best self-published comic at the 2016 Joe Shuster Awards. For the past seven years, I have been a contributor to respected comics culture website Broken Frontier as a staff writer, columnist, and blogger. I currently serve as the site’s Operations Editor, developing content, liaising with publishers and creators, and guiding a stable of talented and passionate contributors.

I also currently create content, in the form of listicles and quizzes for Comic Book Resources, one of the world’s leading comic book news websites. In addition to my comics-related content, I’ve also provided articles for CBC Manitoba and E.F. Walters.

       

Technical Writing

Recently, I completed the Technical Writing certificate through Humber College’s distance learning program. I graduated at the top of my class and have recently completed my first contract with The Dufresne Group.
